Step 1: Design and PLANNING
Every project starts with alignment - on vision, detail, and expectation. Through early meetings and collaborative design facilitation, we ensure clarity and connection between all parties, setting the tone for a smooth project start.
Step 2: Quick build ESTIMATE (QBE)
With plans in hand, we prepare a high-level cost estimate to test your design against your budget. It’s a crucial step that balances vision and practicality before moving forward.
Step 3: Design assessment & CONSTRUCTABILITY
This is where your ideas begin to take physical form. Working closely with your architect, we explore finishes, fixtures, and functional choices to make sure every detail reflects your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
Step 4: Proposal & DOCUMENTATION
We manage the consultant process to secure all permits and prepare a detailed proposal. You’ll also gain access to our client portal, where progress, budgeting, and communication live in one easy-to-navigate platform.
Step 5: Contract FINALISATION
We meet to review the full scope and documentation, confirm all selections, and sign off on your build contract. It’s the culmination of thorough planning - giving the construction team a precise roadmap to follow.
Step 6: Construction & site MANAGEMENT
Two weeks out, you’ll meet the team delivering your project. With scheduled site meetings, real-time updates, and stringent safety protocols, we ensure seamless delivery from the ground up - with no detail overlooked.
Step 7: Completion & WARRANTY
After a detailed handover process, we support you as you settle in, with a 12-month defects liability period and a 7-year structural warranty in line with QBCC standards. It’s not just the finish we care about - it’s how the home lives.
